Florence 1590 Valiant Series — OPL Systems

Parcel Lockers That Meet
the 1:5 Ratio.
Not Just Fill Space.

The USPS 1:5 parcel locker mandate is a CO condition on high-density properties — not a guideline. Properties that fail the ratio block certificate of occupancy or generate ongoing resident package failures. Ironpost Works installs Florence 1590 Valiant parcel locker systems to the correct ratio, with USPS coordination and postmaster sign-off included.

Required Parcel-to-Tenant Door Ratio

One Parcel Locker for Every Five Tenant Doors — Minimum.

USPS requires a minimum 1:5 parcel locker ratio on all new centralized mail installations. On a 100-unit property, that is a minimum of 20 parcel locker compartments. Properties that fall below this ratio at CO inspection face delayed occupancy. Properties that ignore it post-occupancy face ongoing USPS delivery failures that erode resident satisfaction and trigger management liability.
